  In celebration of the release of Senyawa's new album ALKISAH through a mycelial network of nearly 50 different labels and remixers worldwide, we also offer "Elo Progo Improvisations" recorded by Arrington de Dionyso and Rully Shabara (vocalist of Senyawa) in 2013. These recordings were made near the same site where Alkisah was made- but outside under the trees, not inside a studio- at Tempuran Elo Progo- where the Elo and the Progo River meet in Central Java, very close to the ancient site of Borobodur. It is said that Lama Atisha travelled from Bengal to Elo Progo where he meditated for many years before returning to the continent to become a founder of Yellow Hat Buddhism in Tibet.
  
  Half of the funds raised from this album will be directed to the benefit of our community of artists and musicians in Palu, Sulawesi, to assist in the preservation of traditional music and the sustaining of life in a community affected greatly by recent natural disasters (earthquake, tsunami, mudslides) that happened even before the Covid-19 pandemic even began.
